125例经剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇的护理体会

Nursing Experience of 125 Cases of Vaginal Delivery after Cesarean Section

目的分析经剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩的临床护理体会。方法本文行分组对照试验,将我院进行剖宫产再次妊娠经阴道分娩的125例产妇应用抽签法则分为观察组和对照组,选取时间为2018年1月至2019年10月,其中观察组产妇63例,在分娩过程中配合优质护理方法进行干预,对照组产妇62例,在分娩过程中配合常规护理方法进行干预,分别计算两组相关数据统计结果,并做统计学比较。结果观察组经阴道分娩率为82.54%,对照组为66.13%(P<0.05);观察组产后出血发生率为9.52%,对照组为24.19%(P<0.05);观察组胎儿窘迫发生率为4.76%,对照组为20.97%(P<0.05);观察组新生儿窒息发生率为1.59%,对照组为17.74%(P<0.05)。结论临床对经剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩的产妇通过优质护理方法进行干预能够有效提高阴道分娩率,降低产后出血等不良事件的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effective nursing of vaginal delivery after re-pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods This article was divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.The maternal application of the vaginal delivery of cesarean section and the vaginal delivery in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 was divided into observation group and control group.In the process of childbirth,intervention was carried out with high-quality nursing methods.62 women in the control group were intervened with the routine nursing methods during the delivery process.The statistical data of the two groups were calculated and compared statistically.Results The vaginal delivery rate was 82.54%in the observation group and 66.13%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 9.52%,and the control group was 24.19%(P<0.05);the incidence of fetal distress in the observation group was 4.76%,and the control group was 20.97%(P<0.05);the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was 1.59%,and the control group was 17.74%(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical intervention for vaginal delivery after cesarean section through high-quality nursing intervention can increase the rate of vaginal delivery,and reduce the incidence of various adverse events such as postpartum hemorrhage.
