综合性护理在减轻肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留中的应用效果

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Reducing Postoperative Pain and Urinary Retention in Patients with Anal Fistula

目的探讨综合性护理对肛瘘手术患者的应用效果。方法研究样本为我院2019年4月至2020年9月接收的148例肛瘘手术患者,以抽签法将其分为试验组(74例)与对照组(74例),分别应用综合性护理和常规护理,对比两种护理方案的应用效果。结果试验组患者术后6、24、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,术后首次排尿时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率(5.41%)低于对照组(21.62%),护理满意度(95.95%)高于对照组(81.08%),各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论将综合性护理应用于肛瘘手术患者的护理中可显著改善其身心状态。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on anal fistula surgery.Methods From April 2019 to September 2020,the samples were collected from 148 patients with anal fistula,they were divided into experimental group(74 cases)and control group(74 cases),apply comprehensive and routine care.The application effect of the two nursing schemes was compared.Results The scores of 6,24,48 h VAS after operation were lower than those of control group,the first urination time,wound healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications(5.41%)was lower than that of the control group(21.62%),the nursing satisfaction(95.95%)was higher than that of the control group(81.08%),the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing to the nursing of patients with anal fistula can significantly improve their physical and mental state.
