甲状腺功能减退患者的临床治疗及护理体会

Clinical Treatment and Nursing Experience of Patients with Hypothyroidism

目的关于甲状腺功能减退患者的临床治疗和护理方法研究。方法对2020年3月至2021年6月于我院接受治疗的84例甲状腺功能减退患者开展研究,征求患者及其家属的意见后分为观察组和对照组,均为42例。观察组通过左甲状腺素钠+碱酵母治疗,对照组单纯用药左甲状腺素钠,两组患者均配合综合护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的甲状腺功能改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的不良反应发生率(11.90%)和对照组(7.14%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对甲状腺功能减退患者通过左甲状腺素钠联合碱酵母进行治疗同时配合综合护理可有效改善患者的甲状腺功能,而且安全性较高。

Objective To study the clinical treatment and nursing methods of patients with hypothyroidism(hypothyroidism).Methods A study was carried out on 84 patients with hypothyroidism who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to June 2021.After consulting the opinions of the patients and their families,they were divided into observation group and control group,both of which were 42 cases.The observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium+alkaline yeast,and the control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium alone.The two groups of patients were combined with comprehensive nursing care to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The thyroid function improvement of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(accounting for 11.90%)after treatment and the control group(accounting for 7.14%)compared with no difference,no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hypothyroidism patients with levothyroxine sodium combined with alkaline yeast combined with comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the patient's thyroid function,and the safety is high.
