在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠围手术期期间对患者实施快速康复护理模式的护理效果

Application Results of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Mode in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy during Perioperative Period of Laparoscopic Treatment

目的分析快速康复护理模式在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠围手术期中的应用效果。方法本次研究选取的58例异位妊娠行腹腔镜治疗患者均为本院2018年4月至2019年2月接收,根据先后入院时间分为两组,对照组(n=29)与研究组(n=29)分别开展常规护理方案和快速康复护理模式,统计各组不良反应发生率、护理满意度,并记录临床指标。结果研究组不良反应发生率、护理满意度分别是10.34%、93.10%,对照组分别是34.48%、72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肛门排气时间、住院时间、下床时间均较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠围手术期应用快速康复护理模式的效果显著,不仅可以缩短治疗时间、住院时间,而且可避免其他并发症的出现,保证良好的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in perioperative period of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 58 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscopy were received in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2019.According to the admission time,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=29)and the research group(n=29)carried out routine nursing program and rapid rehabilitation nursing mode respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of each group were counted.Clinical indicators were recorded.Results In terms of incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction,the study group was 10.34%and 93.10%respectively,while the control group was 34.48%and 72.41%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group was better than the control group in terms of anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and time out of bed(P<0.05).The control group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy,the rapid rehabilitation nursing model has significant application effect.It can not only shorten the treatment time and hospitalization time,but also avoid the occurrence of other diseases and ensure good therapeutic effect.
