山葵树叶提取物对小鼠抗疲劳能力、运动耐力和能量代谢能力影响研究 被引量:1

Research on the Effect of Horseradish Leaf Extracts on the Fatigue Resistance,Exercise Endurance and Energy Metabolism in Mice

摘要 【目的】研究山葵树叶提取物对小鼠抗疲劳能力、运动耐力和能量代谢能力的影响。【方法】选取4~5周龄健康雄性小鼠60只随机分为空白对照组、游泳对照组、阳性对照组和山葵树叶提取物高、中、低剂量组,进行转棒试验和游泳至力竭试验;随后检测小鼠血浆中Glu、BUN和Lac的含量、组织中糖原和MDA的含量以及T-SOD和GSH-Px的活性。【结果】山葵树叶提取物高剂量组和中剂量组小鼠转棒时间和游泳至力竭的时间显著高于游泳对照组(P<0.05)。与游泳对照组和阳性对照组相比,山葵树叶提取物高剂量组和中剂量组Glu和糖原含量提高,T-SOD和GSH-Px活性增强,BUN、Lac和MDA含量降低。【结论】山葵树叶提取物可有助于小鼠抗疲劳能力、运动耐力和能量代谢能力,具有剂量依赖性;其与维持Glu和糖原含量、增加BUN和Lac去除速率、降低MDA含量以及促进T-SOD和GSH-Px活性提升等密切相关。 [Purpose]To study the effects of the horseradish leaf extracts on the anti fatigue ability,exercise endurance and energy metabolism ability of mice.[Methods]Sixty 4-5 weeks old healthy male mice were randomly divided into blank control group,swimming control group,positive control group,as well as high,medium and low dose groups of horseradish leaf extract,and the rotating rod test and swimming to exhaustion test were performed.The contents of Glu,BUN and Lac in plasma,the contents of glycogen and MDA,and the activities of T-SOD and GSH-Px in tissues were detected.[Results]The time of turning rod and swimming to exhaustion in high dose and medium dose groups were significantly higher than that in swimming control group(P<0.05).Compared with the swimming control group and positive control group,the contents of Glu and glycogen,and the activities of T-SOD and GSH-Px in high dose and medium dose groups were increased,while the contents of BUN,Lac and MDA were decreased.[Conclusion]The horseradish leaf extract can improve the anti fatigue ability,exercise endurance and energy metabolism ability of mice in a dose-dependent manner.It is closely related to maintaining the content of Glu and glycogen,increasing the removal rate of BUN and Lac,reducing the content of MDA,and promoting the increase of T-SOD and GSHPx,etc.
