Non-public Enterprise Party Building Work in the New Era: Environment, Dilemma and Path

全面从严治党、经济发展新态势、社会主要矛盾转化构成新时代非公企业党建工作的重要背景。在此背景下,党组织嵌入困难、党建工作内生动力不足、党建活动开展艰难成为非公企业党建工作面临的现实困境。为解决上述问题,文章提出了构建党建与社建融合的大党建格局、激发党建工作主体积极性、以党建引领企业文化建设、将党建嵌入企业治理结构、依托大数据创新党建模式等措施,旨在系统性优化非公企业党建工作路径。

The comprehensive strict party governance,the new situation of economic development,and the transformation of the main social contradictions constitute the important background of the party construction work of non-public enterprises in the new era.Under this background,the difficulties of party organization embedding,the lack of internal impetus for Party construction work,and the difficulties of carrying out party construction activities have become the practical difficulties faced by the party construction work of non-public enterprises.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to build a large Party construction pattern integrating party construction and social construction,stimulate the enthusiasm of party construction work subjects,lead the enterprise culture construction with party construction,embed party construction into the enterprise governance structure,and innovate party construction mode relying on big data,so as to systematically optimize the work path of party construction in non-public enterprises.
