Network Organization Evolution and Platform Governance--A Summary of the 3rd"Network Platform Governance"

随着互联网等数字技术的发展,企业网络化已然成为当前发展态势。为进一步推动网络组织发展与网络平台治理理论研究,文章对第3届“网络平台治理”论坛主要学术观点进行了综述,分别从理论和实践角度对平台企业网络化成长与发展过程中的商业模式创新、社会责任、平台与生态复杂性等问题进行了分析。此外,本文还对平台发展与运营过程中的知识产权、消费者隐私保护以及内容与生态治理等问题进行了探讨,以期进一步推进网络平台治理理论的研究。

With the development of digital technologies such as the Internet,enterprise networking has become the current development trend.In order to further explore and promote the research of network organization development and network platform governance theory,through the summary analysis of the main academic viewpoints of the 3rd"Network Platform Governance"Forum,this paper analyzes the issues of business model innovation,social responsibility,platform and ecological complexity in the process of networked growth and development of platform enterprises from theoretical and practical perspectives.Furthermore,the paper discusses the issues of intellectual property,consumer privacy protection,content and ecological governance in the process of platform development and operation,which further promoted the research pace of network platform governance theory.
