基于熵权TOPSIS的安徽省农产品物流能力评价

Evaluation of Agricultural Product Logistics Capability of Anhui Province Based on Entropy Weight-Topsis Method

为科学评价安徽省农产品物流能力,文章采用熵权法和TOPSIS法构建模型,从时间与空间两个角度研究分析安徽省物流能力。纵向上,选取2010~2019年相关数据分析安徽省农产品物流能力发展趋势;横向上,对2019年长江中下游平原六省一市的农产品物流能力进行对比与分析。研究结果表明:经过十年的发展安徽省的农产品物流能力已处于较协调状态,但和江浙地区相比仍有很大的发展空间,并针对分析结论提出:提升信息化水平、加强物流业人才培养、完善物流基础设施建设的建议。

In order to scientifically study the logistics capabilities of agricultural products in Anhui Province,this paper established five first-level indicators and eleven second-level indicators,using the entropy TOPSIS method to analyze logistics capabilities in Anhui from two perspectives of time and space.Vertically,we select relevant data from 2010 to 2019 to analyze the development trend of agricultural product logistics capabilities in Anhui Province,and horizontally,compare and analyze the agricultural product logistics capabilities of six provinces and one city in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in 2019.The results show that although after ten years of development the agricultural logistics capacity in Anhui Province is well-coordinated,there is still some space for development when compared with Jiangsu and Zhejiang.The suggestions are offered as follows:enhancing informationization,strengthening the logistics industry talents cultivation and improving the construction of logistics infrastructure.
