摘要
课程是地方本科高校师范专业教育与创新创业教育有机融合的主要载体,而实践教学是课程目标得以达成的重要途径。高校应根据各专业人才培养方案,优化课程设置,加强实践教学。文章以学前教育专业为例,尝试从健全创新创业教育政策体系、构建学前实践教学体系、强化“双师双能型”教师队伍建设、完善校“园”合作机制等方面探寻专业实践教学与创新创业教育之间的耦合路径,以不断强化学生创新意识和实践能力培养,实现就业促进创业、创业带动就业的良性循环。
The basic way of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education is curriculum,and practical teaching is an important guarantee for the effective implementation of curriculum.Taking the practical teaching of preschool education as an example,local universities should take the innovation and entrepreneurship education as the value orientation,try to find a breakthrough from perfecting the policy system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,constructing the preschool practical teaching system,strengthening the construction of"double teachers and double abilities"teaching team,and improving the cooperation mechanism of"Kindergarten".Universities should constantly strengthen the cultivation of students'innovation consciousness and practical ability,so as to improve the quality of teaching.It is expected to realize the virtuous circle of employment promoting entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship promoting employment.
