摘要
目的:探讨青少年领悟社会支持对社会责任心的影响,以及积极心理资本在二者间的中介作用。研究方法:采用社会责任心量表、领悟社会支持量表、积极心理资本量表对416名青少年进行集体施测,通过分层逐步回归分析。结果显示:积极心理资本、领悟社会支持和社会责任心之间呈两两正相关,领悟社会支持能够正向预测青少年社会责任心,积极心理资本在二者关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的58.72%。建议:学校、家庭和社会共同采取措施,培养青少年领悟社会支持的能力和提升青少年积极心理资本,让青少年能够重拾社会责任心。
Objective:This paper explores the influence of adolescent's perception of social support on social responsibility,and the intermediary role of positive psychological capital between them.Methods:416 adolescents were collectively tested with social responsibility scale,perceived social support scale and positive Psychological Capital scale,and analyzed by hierarchical stepwise regression analysis.The results show that there is a pairwise positive correlation among positive psychological capital,perceived social support and social responsibility.Perceived social support can positively predict teenagers'social responsibility,and positive psychological capital plays an intermediary role in the relationship between them.The intermediary effect accounts for 58.72%of the total effect.The study suggests that schools,families and society should jointly take measures to cultivate young people's ability to understand social support and enhance their positive psychological capital,so that young people can regain their sense of social responsibility.
