平台经济视角下灵活就业群体的工作动机、态度与行为产出的相关性探析 被引量:3

摘要 平台经济商业模式和人力资源服务产业的创新发展,极大地推动了灵活就业群体的结构变化和规模性增长。具有不同特征的灵活就业群体可能在结果导向和过程导向两方面反映出各自的平台经济体进入动机,并在工作态度和行为产出方面存在差异。基于特定行业或专业的职业承诺、客户认可度和跨界职业发展路径等细分维度的工作满意度,及以创新创业为导向的企业家精神,可作为影响结构化灵活就业群体行为和产出的工作态度变量,并体现为一定程度的正相关关系。相对的,平台承诺、工作投入度,以及针对收入机制和用户活跃度的工作满意度可作为影响规模化灵活就业群体行为和产出的工作态度变量,并体现出一定程度的正相关关系。 The innovative development of platform economy business model and human resource service industry has greatly promoted the structural change and large-scale growth of flexible employment groups. Flexible employment groups with different characteristics may present their entry motivation of respective platform economies in terms of result orientation and process orientation, and there are differences in work attitude and behavioral output. Job satisfaction based on subdivided dimensions such as career commitment, customer recognition and cross-border career development path of specific industries or specialties, and entrepreneurship oriented at innovation and entrepreneurship can be used as work attitude variables affecting the behaviors and outputs of structured flexible employment groups, and present a certain degree of positive correlation. Relatively, platform commitment, job involvement, and job satisfaction for income mechanism and user activity can be used as work attitude variables affecting the behaviors and outputs of large-scale flexible employment groups, and present a certain degree of positive correlation.
