摘要
青年教师是高职院校的骨干力量,他们的教学能力水平关系着高职院校的内涵建设和高质量发展。分析青年教师教学能力的构成,阐述青年教师教学能力现状,解析影响青年教师教学能力发展的内部和外部因素,最后提出高职院校青年教师教学能力发展的五大实践路径,以期为高职院校青年教师教学能力的提升提供借鉴和指导。
Young teachers are the backbone of higher vocational colleges,whoseteaching ability level is related to the connotation construction and high quality development of higher vocational colleges.The article first analyzes the composition of the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges in detail,secondly,it expounds the current situation of teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the development of young teachers'teaching ability,finally,it is given that five practical paths for the development of young teachers'teaching ability in higher vocational colleges,and it is expected to provide reference and guidance for the improvement of young teachers'teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.
