催化裂化增产丙烯助剂LOSA-100的工业应用

摘要 中国石化天津分公司1#催化裂化装置丙烯收率约占总进料的6.9%(w)。由于新冠疫情影响,口罩需求旺盛,带动丙烯需求猛增,价格不断飙升。为了进一步提高丙烯收率,提高装置产品效益,催化装置增产丙烯势在必行。该装置长期以来在增产丙烯方面做了大量工作,主要针对主催化剂应用方向,经过大量探索尝试后发现,在主催化剂配方上无法兼顾生产上提出的所有要求,这样主催化剂就要有所侧重,增产丙烯的任务就应从丙烯助剂入手,来达到装置平稳运行和增产高附加值产品双赢的目的。为此,经过调研,决定应用LOSA-100增产丙烯助剂来提高丙烯产量。应用结果表明,该助剂对催化裂化装置液化气和丙烯收率均有较大提升,其中丙烯收率增加1%(w)。提高了装置经济效益,且对装置运行无不良影响。 The propylene yield of 1#FCC unit in Sinopec Tianjin accounted for 6.9%of the total feed.Due to the influence of COVID-19,the demand for masks is booming,and the demand and price of propylene keep soaring.In order to further improve the yield of propylene and the product benefit of the unit,it is imperative to increase the output of propylene in the catalytic unit.This unit for a long time has done a lot of work to increase propylene yield,mainly aiming at the application direction of the main FCC catalyst.After a large number of tests,it is found that the formulation of the main FCC catalyst cannot meet all the requirements in operation.So the main FCC catalyst should have its own emphasis,and the purpose for increasing propylene yield should be achieved with propylene additives to realize stable operation and produce high value-added products.Therefore,the propylene additive LOSA-100 is selected to maximize propylene output.The results show that LOSA-100 can significantly improve the yields of LPG and propylene,with propylene yield increased by 1%(w),which achieved the purpose of increasing propylene yield,improved the economic benefit,and had no adverse effect on the operation of the FCC unit.
