摘要
环己酮是重要的化工原料,主要生产工艺之一环己烷氧化法单程转化率低,蒸汽消耗量大,占单位产品总能耗的78%。简要介绍了中国石化巴陵分公司炼油部10万t/a氧化法工艺制环己酮装置蒸汽消耗情况,利用热能梯级利用原理和热力学第一、第二定律,详细分析了蒸汽系统存在的问题,提出了优化热量交换过程、蒸汽热能梯级利用、减少无效蒸汽消耗以及采用成熟节能新技术和高性能填料及内件等优化方向和改进措施,大幅降低了装置蒸汽消耗。
Cyclohexanone is an important chemical raw material.Cyclohexane oxidation,one of the main production processes,has low one-way conversion rate,which results in large steam consumption,accounting for 78%of the total energy consumption per unit product.It is of great economic significance to carry out research on reducing steam consumption.This paper briefly introduces the steam consumption of the 100 kt/y oxidation process cyclohexanone plant in Baling Petrochemical Company,Sinopec.Based on the principle of cascade utilization of heat energy,the first law of thermodynamics and the second law of thermodynamics,the existing problems of steam consumption are systematically analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing heat exchange process,cascade utilization of steam heat energy,reducing invalid steam consumption and so on.The steam consumption of the unit is greatly reduced by adopting mature and new energy-saving technology,high-performance packing and internals and other optimization and improvement measures.
