摘要
通过对载体性质、浸渍溶液和制备方法等的考察,中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发了高活性、高稳定性、低堆密度的新型高活性柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂RS-3100。与上一代催化剂相比,RS-3100催化剂的超深度加氢相对脱硫活性相当的前提下,活性稳定性提高30%以上,填堆密度降低25%。该催化剂在燕山分公司柴油加氢装置上进行了工业应用,初期运行结果表明,RS-3100催化剂具有优异的加氢脱硫活性和稳定性,为装置稳定生产硫含量小于10μg/g的国VI柴油调和组分提供有力技术支撑。
The highly active ULSD catalyst RS-3100 was developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing(RIPP)based on investigation of the carrier property,the impregnated solution and the preparation method,etc.Compared with RS-2100 catalyst,RS-3100 catalyst has more than 30%higher activity and stability along with 25%lower loading density.This paper introduces the commercial application of RS-3100 catalyst in diesel hydro-treating unit of Yanshan refinery.The initial application results showed that the RS-3100 catalyst possessed excellent HDS performance and stability,so RS-3100 provided strong technical support for the stable production of Chinese VI diesel with sulfur content less than 10μg/g.
