重整预分馏塔回流线腐蚀原因分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 通过对长岭炼化重整预分馏塔T1102回流管线近段时间腐蚀泄漏问题进行分析,对原料组分来源进行跟踪对比、对腐蚀垢物的组成进行详细分析及泄漏腐蚀凹陷部位形态进行比较,确定了系统中的O、S、H2O是造成腐蚀的主要因素。根据腐蚀原因,针对性地从加强原料控制减少氧及水分的进入,并增加工艺防腐,利用缓蚀剂保护减少对材料的腐蚀,通过合理选材提高材料抗腐蚀能力,并加强腐蚀监测,了解系统腐蚀状态,及时调整日常操作等手段,有效解决了预分馏塔回流管线腐蚀泄漏的问题。 Based on the summary and analysis of corrosion and leakage of T1102 reflux pipeline in Changling Refining and Chemical reforming pre-fractionator in recent years,the source of raw material components was tracked and compared,the composition of corrosion scale was analyzed in detail,and the morphology of leakage corrosion depression was compared.It was determined that O,S and H_(2)O in the system were the main factors causing corrosion.By strengthening the control of raw materials,reducing the entry of oxygen and water,increasing process anti-corrosion,using corrosion inhibitor protection to reduce the corrosion of materials,improving the anti-corrosion ability of materials through reasonable material selection,and strengthening corrosion monitoring and detection,we can understand the corrosion state of the system and timely adjust the daily operation.The problem of corrosion and leakage of reflux pipeline of the pre-fractionator was effectively solved.
