摘要
介绍了中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司139万t/a连续重整装置反应进出料换热器更换为高效单旋式换热器后的运行情况。结合板壳式换热器和高效单旋式换热器的结构特点,对更换前后运行参数进行对比分析发现,高效单旋式换热器具有热端温差低、管壳程压力降低、抗操作波动等特点。换热器更换后重整反应系统压力降大幅降低,有效减少了装置非计划停车风险,提高了装置运行稳定性。
This paper introduces the operation of replacing the feed/discharge heat exchanger of the 1.39 MMt/a CCR unit of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.with a high-efficiency single-rotation heat exchanger.A comparative analysis of the operating parameters before and after the replacement was introduced,combining the structural characteristics of the plate and shell heat exchanger and the high-efficiency single-rotation heat exchanger.The results showed that the high-efficiency single-rotation heat exchanger had low temperature difference at the hot end,reduced pressure in the tube and shell side,and resistance to operation fluctuation and other characteristics,and the pressure drop of the reforming reaction system was also greatly reduced,which effectively reduced the risk of unplanned shutdown of the unit and improved its operation stability.
