以教学团队为核心的高校教学质量保障体系建设研究 被引量:4

摘要 当前本科教学质量保障体系存在一定程度的“重心偏高”问题和“高速空转”倾向,表现为过于强调“评估分析”和“监测控制”等外在性或行政性因素,而缺乏激发教学质量保障的内生活力因素。结合教学质量文化理念,分析指出教学团队是教学质量文化的有效载体,是教学质量保障体系强有力且可持续的内生动力源,以教学团队为核心可将教学质量文化有效落实于教学质量保障体系中。为了推进以教学团队为核心的教学质量保障体系建设,提出建设重点是强化教师与管理部门、教师与教师之间、教师与学生之间三个微循环,充分解决“高速空转”倾向和“重心偏高”问题。 At present,the undergraduate teaching quality assurance system has the problem of“high center of gravity”and“high-speed idling”to some extent,which shows too much emphasis on external or administrative factors such as“evaluation and analysis”and“monitoring and control”,but the lack of internal factors that stimulate the assurance of teaching quality.Combined with the concept of teaching quality culture,this paper points out that teaching team is the effective carrier of teaching quality culture and a powerful and sustainable endogenous power source of teaching quality assurance system.Taking teaching team as the core can effectively implement teaching quality culture in teaching quality assurance system.In order to promote the construction of teaching quality assurance system with teaching team as the core,this paper puts forward that the construction focus is to strengthen the three micro-circulations between teachers and management departments,between teachers and teachers,and between teachers and students.The three micro-circulations can fully solve the problem of“high speed idling”and“high center of gravity”.
