论增强体质为导向的学校体育教育改革与实践 被引量:2

摘要 目前我国学校体育改革虽取得一定成果,但仍存在一些问题和不足。快乐体育、终身体育、健康意识等虽已取得一定成绩,但学生体质这一根本目标和指标则反映出这些尚未落实到位。以体育与健康课程标准为教学内容,体育与健康的学科核心素养为目标,结合国内外学校体育研究成果,探讨了我国当前学校体育教育中存在的问题和以增强体质为导向的学校体育教育所起的理论作用,旨在提高学校体育教育工作者对体质概念和意义的认识,初步奠定学校体育的理论基础,使学校体育工作更好地得到发展。 At present,although the reform of physical education in our country has made some achievements,there still exists some problems and deficiencies.Although happy sports,lifelong sports,health consciousness and so on have achieved some achievements in physical education,the students’fitness,the basic goal and index,shows that the above aspects have not been fully implemented.With sports and health curriculum standard as the teaching contents,the core literacy of sports and health discipline as the goal,and combined with physical education research results at home and abroad,this paper discusses the problems existing in current physical education and the theoretical role of physical education oriented by strengthening physical fitness,in order to improve physical education teachers’understanding of the concept and meaning of fitness,lay a theoretical foundation for school physical education,and make the school physical education develop better.
