朋辈心理辅导以其自身独特优势,成为高校大学生心理健康教育和三级心理危机干预体系中重要组成部分。社交媒体迅速发展的时代,社交媒体已经成为大学生数字化生活的基础,为大学生提供自由情感表达的空间的同时,颠覆了信息传播与人际交往方式。通过运用文献法,探讨社交媒体时代大学生朋辈心理辅导员培训发展状况以及高校需要制订的工作细则,加强高校朋辈心理辅导员在专业知识技能、心理咨询伦理和规范使用社交媒体平台等方面培训与督导,使其适应社交媒体时代高校朋辈心理辅导发展,为大学生提供满意的服务工作。

Peer psychological counseling has become an important part of the mental health education of college students and the three-level psychological crisis intervention system with its own unique advantages.In the era of the rapid development of social media,social media has become the foundation of college students’digital life,providing college students with a space for free emotional expression,while subverting the way of information dissemination and interpersonal communication.By using literature method,this paper discusses the development of the training and development of peer psychological counselors of college students in the social media era and the need for universities to formulate working rules,aims to strengthen the training and supervision of peer psychological counselors in professional knowledge and skills,psychological counseling ethics and the standardized use of social media platforms,so as to adapt to the development of peer psychological counseling in the era of social media to provide satisfactory services for college students.
