基于应用型人才培养的医学微生物学实验教学改革

摘要 医学微生物学实验课程对于培养学生的实践应用能力至关重要。然而目前医学微生物学实验基本上都是验证性实验,无法培养学生的创新思维,也无法调动学生的学习积极性。因此,教师选择基础医学专业医学微生物学实验教学进行全方位的改革,包括整合和调整教学内容和形式、创建线上“学习+互动+测试”的网络实验教学平台以及建立过程性考核模式等方法。初步实践结果表明,通过教学改革激发了学生的创新性思维和实践能力,提高了医学微生物学实验课程的教学质量和教学效果,有助于建立符合时代发展的实验课程教学和评价模式,有利于培养应用型人才。 Medical Microbiology experiment course plays an important role in cultivating the practical and application ability of students.However,the current Medical Microbiology experiments in our school are still confirmatory,which can not cultivate students’innovative thinking and arouse their enthusiasm for learning.We carried out a series of teaching reforms in the Medical Microbiology experiment course of basic medicine major,including the integration and adjustment of the teaching content and forms,the creation of an online“learning+interaction+testing”experiment teaching platform,and the establishment of a process evaluation model.In the initial practice,these teaching reforms have stimulated students’innovative thinking and practical ability,improved the teaching quality and effect,which is helpful to establish an experiment course teaching and evaluation model abreast of the times,and conductive to the cultivation of applied talents.
