摘要
最好的教育是唤醒学生的内在驱动力。ARCS动机模型理论认为,通过注意、相关、自信、满意四个关键要素,可以激发和维持学习者的学习动机。以“绩效管理”课程为例,应用ARCS动机模型进行了课程的设计,同时设计调查问卷对教学效果进行了评价,结果显示:对课程重要性的认识以及多样化的教学方式,对激发学生兴趣和注意力有着重要的作用;明确的学习目标、合适的教学方式以及课后的巩固训练等相关性设计,对理论的掌握和灵活应用有着重要的作用;学生的获得感、正面的评价以及课堂表现,有利于学生自信的建立;学生对于知识点的掌握、获得公平公正的评价会获得满足感,进而激发学生后续学习的动力。
The best education is to awaken the inner driving force of students.According to the ARCS motivation model theory,learners’learning motivation can be stimulated and maintained through the four key elements:attention,relevance,confidence and satisfaction.Taking the course of Performance Management as an example,it is designed by using the ARCS motivation model.At the same time,a questionnaire is designed to evaluate the teaching effect.The results show that the awareness of the importance of the course and the diversified teaching methods play an important role in stimulating students’interest and attention;clear learning objectives,appropriate teaching methods and after-class consolidation training and other relevant design play an important role in the mastery and flexible application of theory;students’sense of gain,positive evaluation and class performance are all conducive to the building of students’self-confidence;students feel satisfied when they master the knowledge points and get a fair and just evaluation,which can further stimulate their motivation for subsequent learning.
