摘要
来华留学医学生(MBBS学生)与国内医学生的伦理学教育中所面对的问题,既存在共性又有差异。尽管目前医学院校广泛开设医学伦理学课程,但是普遍存在课程设置单一、教学内容更偏重道德理论说教、与临床医学专业实际伦理困境联系不紧密等问题,导致相当一部分国内学生和留学生认为医学伦理学是常识,无须单独开设课程学习。在留学生教育中,文化背景的差异又导致医学生对伦理困境的决策不同。总结了学院留学生医学伦理学教育中的问题,并讨论了解决方案。
There are similarities and differences between the ethics education of medical students(MBBS students)studying in China and domestic medical students.Although the Medical Ethics courses are widely offered in medical schools,the courses still have the problems such as the singleness of course setting,too much emphasis on moral theories and preaching,and the disconnection with the actual practical ethical dilemma of clinical medical profession.As a result,MBBS students and domestic students consider medical ethics as common sense,and believe that it is unnecessary to study it in class.In addition,differences in cultural backgrounds lead to different ethical decisions of medical students on ethical dilemma in the education of MBBS students.This paper summarizes the problems in Medical Ethics education in our university and discusses the solutions.
