According to the characteristics of the course and its teaching content,the teaching team of Biochemistry Experiment summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the traditional experiment teaching,and explores solutions to these problems.Meanwhile,the innovative reform model of the teaching content,teaching method and examination method of Biochemistry Experiment course under the background of the new era is determined.The team focuses on the design of self-designed and comprehensive experiments,establishes and improves the course innovation system through the operation of practical teaching cases.The teaching practice shows that the proposed reform of the self-designed and comprehensive experiment model not only cultivates students’ability and interest in self-learning,but also enhances their comprehensive quality and innovation ability and improves the teaching effect of this course.It has achieved remarkable results,which provides a reference for the further reform of Biochemistry Experiment teaching.
