摘要
分子生物学是生命科学的前沿学科,也是生物科学专业重要的基础理论课程,在生物学相关本科专业的教学中占有重要地位。为了提高分子生物学的教学质量,在课程中增加了生物信息学的相关内容,通过将生物信息学数据挖掘分析与分子生物学相结合,可以培养学生分析生物数据的能力,促进学生对分子生物学的基本理论和抽象性内容的理解,同时有助于培养适应迅速增加的生物数据信息的高水平生物学人才。
Molecular Biology is a frontier subject in the field of life sciences, and it is also an important basic theoretical course in biological science major. Therefore, Molecular Biology teaching for undergraduates plays a significant role. To improve the teaching quality of Molecular Biology, the relevant content of Bioinformatics has been added to the course. By combining data mining and analysis with Molecular Biology course, students can develop their ability to analyze biological data and promote their understanding of the basic theories and abstract content of Molecular Biology. At the same time, it can help to cultivate high-level biological talents adapted to the rapid increase of biological data information.
