摘要
在重大突发公共卫生事件影响医学院线下授课的严峻形势下,雨课堂联合腾讯会议将CBL教学法应用于儿科学中的新生儿专业教学。教师利用雨课堂,课前引导学生预习和查阅经典临床病例的相关资料;课上采用腾讯会议和雨课堂联合在线,展开关于该类疾病的问诊、查体及疾病病因、临床诊断及鉴别诊断等相关讨论;课后通过雨课堂发布测试和点评。提高了医学生学习的主动性和积极性,对医学生的实践能力、教学满意度及教学环境改善等,具有十分积极的作用。
To prevent the effect of pubic health events on the medical offline teaching,CBL combined with Rain Classroom and Tencent Conference is applied to Neonatology teaching.Before class,teachers guide students to preview and consult relevant information of classical clinical cases.In class,teachers and students discuss the inquiry,physical examination,clinical diagnosis and diagnosis differentiation through Rain Classroom and Tencent Conference online teaching.After class,teachers post tests and comments through Rain Classroom.All of the measures have improved students’initiative and enthusiasm in learning,and has positive effects on students’practical ability,satisfaction degree of teaching and teaching environment.
