大型推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架设计改进

摘要 本文针对某大型推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架的结构进行了改进,改进后的保持架,取消了锁紧槽的加工,增加了保持架的孔梁宽度和孔梁内侧槽,避免了在扩张锁紧槽时造成保持架变形等问题。有效地保证了保持架和滚动体组合件的稳定性、可靠性,提高了该类型轴承的整体质量,减轻员工劳动强度,节约生产成本。 The structure of a large thrust tapered roller bearing retainer is improved.It cancels the locking groove and adds groove on the inside of the hole beam with increased width,so as to avoid the deformation of the retainer when expanding the locking groove.It effectively ensures the stability and reliability of retainer and rolling element assembly,and improves the overall quality of this type of bearing.It also reduces the labor intensity of employees and saves production costs.
