废婚姻与废家族:刘师复的无政府主义婚姻观研究

Abolished Marriage and Abolished Family:Research on Liu Shifu's Anarchist View of Marriage

20世纪初,无政府主义派别“天义派”和“新世纪派”已经关注并传达出有关女子解放、男女平等、恋爱自由与婚姻自由的话语,但这些话语表述较为零碎,尚未形成体系。民国初年,随着系统化的无政府主义思想体系——师复主义逐步形成,刘师复对无政府主义的婚姻观进行了整合,并提出废婚姻主义、废家族主义两大主张,这既吸收了前人的思想资源,又将无政府主义婚姻观及相关理论进一步加以深化与系统化。然而,刘师复系统化的无政府主义婚姻观在自身实践上却惨遭“滑铁卢”,陷入了现实困境,究其原因,主要是其理论自身的缺陷和现实阻力。

At the beginning of the 20th century,the anarchist factions"Tianyi Group"and"New Century Goup"have paid attention to and conveyed words about women's liberation,gender equality,freedom of love and freedom of marriage.Howev-er,these discourse expressions are relatively fragmented and have not yet formed a system.In the early years of the Republic of China,with the gradual formation of a systematic ideological system of anarchism(named"Shifu Principle"),Liu Shifu inte-grated the anarchist view of marriage and put forward two propositions of abolishing marriage and family.This not only ab-sorbed the thought resources of the predecessors,but also further deepened and systematized the anarchist view of marriage and related theories.Nevertheless,Liu's systematic anarchist view of marriage suffered from"Waterloo"in its own practice and fell into a realistic dilemma.And the reason is mainly caused by the flaws of the theory itself and the actual resistance.So this article focuses on the origin of Liu Shifu's anarchist view of marriage,the characteristics of his proposition,his own prac-tice and the actual dilemma,to sort out and think about Liu Shifu's anarchist view of marriage.
