摘要
在抗击全球新冠肺炎疫情过程中,联合国教科文组织作为世界教育联盟的重要机构,秉持“全民教育”的理念、通过开展教育援助行动对柬埔寨提供重要支持。在此过程中,联合国教科文组织遭遇三重挑战:远程数字教育带来的技术挑战、基础教育面临的质量挑战以及弱势群体遭受的教育公平挑战。为此,联合国教科文组织从远程教育、计划援助、部门合作三方面做出行动对策,提出未来将加大与柬埔寨政府的援助合作力度,对教师、学校、政府三个层面进行深度改革。
In the post-epidemic era,international educational aid will face many challenges,and the opportunity of reform should be viewed dialectically.In the fight against the global COVID-19,as an important agency of the World Education Alli-ance,UNESCO has provided important support to Cambodia through educational assistance in the spirit of"Education for all".In this process,UNESCO suffered a triple challenge:the technical challenges posed by remote digital education,basic educa-tion is facing challenges as well as the quality of the disadvantaged groups of fair challenge.In the future,the cooperation be-tween UNESCO and Cambodian government will be strengthened from three aspects:Teacher Education Reform,school re-form and government reform.
