摘要
为验证不同花生品种对黄曲霉侵染和产毒的抗性,检测侵染后不同品种黄曲霉毒素B1的含量,采用人工接种法对12种不同花生品种进行接种,高效液相色谱—柱后衍生法进行检测。结果显示,12种花生品种对黄曲霉高抗品种2份、中抗品种3份、中感品种5份、高感品种2份,未发现免疫品种;高效液相色谱—柱后衍生法检测HH22花生品种黄曲霉毒素B1含量最高,达378.14μg/kg, SH48花生品种黄曲霉毒素B1含量最低,为27.92μg/kg。
In order to verify the resistance of different peanut varieties to Aspergillus flavus and toxin production, and detect the content of aflatoxin B1 in different peanut varieties after infection. 12 different peanut varieties were inoculated by artificial inoculation method, and detected by HPLC post column derivatization method. The results showed that there were 2 varieties manifested as high resistance, 3 varieties manifested as moderately resistance, 5 varieties manifested as susceptible and 2 varieties manifested as highly susceptible, and no immune varieties were found;the aflatoxin B1 content of HH22 was the highest, reaching 378.14 μg/kg, while that of SH48 was the lowest, reaching 27.92 μg/kg.
