端粒-p53的调节作用在冠心病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 端粒与冠心病存在密切相关性。近年来发现,端粒磨损通过激活p53蛋白调节一系列分子变化,或可成为冠心病早期风险评估因子或治疗的新靶点。本文就在冠心病中端粒-p53的调节作用及分子机制进行综述。 Telomeres are closely related to coronary heart disease.Recent studies have shown that telomere attrition regulate a series of molecular changes by activating p53 protein,which may become a new target for early risk assessment or treatment of coronary heart disease.This article reviews regulation and molecular mechanism of telomeres-p53 in coronary heart disease.
