关于de Winter心电图改变的新认识

New understanding on de Winter electrocardiogram patterns

急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)根据患者发作时心电图有无ST段抬高,分为急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)和非ST段抬高型ACS(NSTE-ACS)。部分患者在冠状动脉急性闭塞时并不出现ST段抬高,而是呈现其他心电图异常,其中表现为前壁ST段上斜型压低伴T波高尖的心电图改变者,称为de Winter心电图改变。本文就de Winter心电图改变的最新认识作一综述。

Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is classified into acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)and non-ST-elevation ACS(NSTE-ACS)according to whether the ECG has ST-segment elevation at the time of the attack.Some patients do not have ST-segment elevation during acute coronary occlusion,but present other ECG abnormalities.Among them,the ECG changes with anterior ST-segment depression with high T wave are called de Winter ECG patterns.This article summarizes the latest understanding of de Winter’s electrocardiogram patterns.
