摘要
文章涉及一种集成市政水和过滤水控制功能的抽取龙头项目开发过程,其间碰到需要给双层嵌套式柔性管中管的内管减压的技术难题,卫浴行业内现有的减压阀结构无法满足本项目的设计需求,故文章首先讲解现有减压阀的结构原理和局限性,并在此基础上优化开发一种可内置到管中管内、可承受3.5MPa压力的微型集成减压阀。
The objective of this paper is to figure out how to reduce the pressure in inner tube of a double-layer nested flexible tube structure.In the Research&Develop process of pull-down faucet with two separate lines for tap and purified water,current pressure reducing value cannot satisfy the requirement,which is meant to be addressed.In this paper,the structure and limitation of pressure reducing values will be introduced firstly,and how the new structure came into being will be followed.The new pressure reducing value witch embed a double-layer nested flexible tube is compact and can hold pressure of 3.5MPa.
