燃气轮机异常故障分析及对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,对电力的需求越来越多,也对电厂设备运行质量提出了更高的要求。随着设备运行压力的增强,设备日常维护与保养变得越来越重要,只有全面做好设备的日常维护,及时发现故障,解决问题,才能实现设备稳定安全运行,保证良好的供电质量。近年来,我国的经济发展迅速,电力消耗水平增大,燃气轮机是新型的供电设备,要充分做好日常的维护检测,全面保证设备稳定性。文章主要通过对燃气轮机联合循环机组冷态和热态启停过程进行试验分析,进一步提出了典型故障处理方法和优化机组运行方案,仅供同类机组参考。 With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for electric power is increasing,and it also puts forward higher requirements for the operation quality of power plant equipment.With the increase of the operating pressure of the equipment,the daily maintenance and maintenance of the equipment becomes more and more important.On-ly by comprehensively doing a good job in the daily maintenance of the equipment,finding faults in time and solving prob-lems,can we realize the stable and safe operation of the equipment and ensure the good quality of power supply.In recent years,the economy of our country is developing rapidly,and the level of power consumption is increasing.Gas turbine is a new type of power supply equipment.It is necessary to fully do a good job in daily maintenance and inspection to ensure the stability of the equipment.Based on the test and analysis of cold and hot start-up and shutdown processes of gas tur-bine combined cycle units,this paper further puts forward typical fault treatment methods and optimized unit operation schemes,which can only be used as a reference for similar units.
