摘要
为了研究聚能射流对带壳装药防护目标的侵彻能力,用Autodyn软件建立了装药直径为60 mm聚能装药的有限元模型,进行数值仿真,根据药型罩形成射流的机理,分别从材料、锥角和壁厚等方面,研究不同药型罩射流的成型与侵彻性能。结果表明:当药型罩锥角为60°,壁厚为2 mm,材料为铜,与锥角为50°,壁厚为2 mm,材料为镍,这两组药型罩形成的聚能射流成型与侵彻性能相近,且对主装甲的侵彻性能优于其他药型罩所形成射流,该研究结果可为打击带壳装药防护目标技术的应用提供参考。
In order to study the penetration ability of shaped charge jet against the shielded target,the finite element model of shaped charge with a diameter of 60 mm was established with Autodyn software,and numerical simulation was carried out.According to the mechanism of shaped charge jet formation,the forming and penetration properties of jet from different types of liners were studied from the perspectives of material,cone Angle and wall thickness.The results show that when the cone Angle of the liner is 60°,the wall thickness is 2mm,the material is copper,and when the Angle of the cone is 50°,the wall thickness is 2mm,and the material is nickel,the shaped charge jet formed by these two groups of liners is similar to the penetration performance,and the penetration performance to the main armor is better than that of the jet formed by other liners.The results of this study can provide reference for the application of the technology of protecting target with shell charge.
