摘要
针对各匝导线紧密缠绕和非紧密缠绕的2种平面圆形螺线圈结构,近似等效为相同匝数的同心圆环,然后基于毕奥-萨伐尔定律与诺依曼公式,推导出线圈自感及两平行轴线圈间的互感计算解析表达式,最后验证了文中模型的正确性。文中所建平面螺线圈的自感和互感计算模型准确性较高,算例中两者最大相对误差分别为-3.23%和3.94%。
The two kinds of tightly wound and untightly wound planar circular spiral coils were approximately equivalent to concentric circular rings with the same number of turns.Then,based on Biot-Savart law and Neumann formula,the analytical expressions for calculating the coil self inductance and the mutual inductance between two parallel axis coils were derived.Finally,the correctness of the model in this paper was verified by experiments.The results of comparison between theoretical calculation and experimental test shows that the calculation models of self inductance and mutual inductance of the planar spiral coil established in this paper is accurate.In the calculation examples,the maximum relative errors of the two models are-3.23% and 3.94%,respectively.
