摘要 为了寻找能够准确模拟爆炸产生的冲击波载荷的算法进一步提高爆炸模拟的准确性和高效性,进行了固支钢板在TNT空爆条件下的试验研究,同时利用PBM算法对固支钢板的爆炸工况进行了数值模拟,并与ALE算法、SPH算法进行了对比分析。探究了PBM算法模型中炸药粒子数、空气粒子数对计算结果的准确性以及计算效率的影响。结果表明:与ALE算法、SPH算法相比,PBM算法具有良好的稳定性和计算经济性,炸药粒子数对数值模拟结果的影响较大,空气粒子数对数值模拟结果的影响较小。 The shock wave load from the explosion can cause serious damage to armored vehicles and occupants.To find an algorithm that can accurately simulate the explosion load and further improve the accuracy and efficiency of the explosion simulation,the paper conducted an experimental study of the clamped steel plate under TNT air explosion conditions.At the same time,the PBM algorithm was used to numerically simulate the explosion condition of the clamped steel plate,and the comparison and analysis with the ALE algorithm,SPH algorithm were carried out.Furthermore,the influence of the number of blast particles and air particles in PBM algorithm model on the accuracy of the calculation results and the calculation efficiency was further explored.The results show that,compared with the ALE algorithm and SPH algorithm,the PBM algorithm has good stability and computational economy.The number of explosive particles has a greater influence on the numerical simulation results,and the number of air particles has a smaller influence on the numerical simulation results.
