飞机机电作动器模糊PI-ANN复合控制仿真 被引量:4

Simulation of Compound Control Based on Fuzzy PI and Artificial Neural Network for Aircraft Electromechanical Actuation Systems

摘要 为提高飞机机电作动器的位置跟踪精度与抗干扰能力,提出了一种模糊PI-ANN复合控制方法。首先根据机电作动器的结构与工作原理,建立永磁同步电机与机械传动部分的数学模型;然后根据电机控制系统建立基于模糊PI-ANN机电作动器复合控制模型;利用Matlab软件对模型进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,与传统PI控制和模糊PI控制相比,所提出的模糊PI-ANN复合控制方法在动态和稳态性能以及抗干扰能力方面均得到较大提升,稳态误差减小76.87%,干扰时位移偏差减小62.86%。 In order to improve the position tracking accuracy and anti-interference ability of the aircraft electromechanical actuation,a fuzzy PI-ANN compound control method has been proposed.According to the structure and working principle of the electromechanical actuation system,a mathematical model has been established to describe the dynamics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and mechanical transmission part.Based on this model,a control method combining fuzzy proportional-integral(PI)and adaptive neural network(ANN)has been proposed to regulate the electromechanical actuation system.Finally,Matlab/Simulink based simulations have been carried out to validate the proposed control simulation.The results show that the proposed fuzzy PI-ANN compound control method has superior performance and robustness than the traditional PI control and fuzzy PI control,in which the steady-state error was reduced by 76.87%,and the displacement deviation under disturbance was reduced by 62.86%.
