摘要
以碳纤维、碳/玻层间混杂纤维2种复合材料作为研究对象,采用相同的铺层厚度、铺层角度、铺层顺序制作层合板,在相同边界条件下进行了有限元仿真,对不同复合材料层合板进行了力学拉伸试验,对比分析得到了两者的力学性能差异。对比分析结果表明:取碳/玻层间混杂纤维层合板强度余量为10%,即层合板在承受4365 N下的轴向载荷时,可考虑替代碳纤维复合材料层合板,并且混杂纤维层合板抗弯曲性能较好,可考虑采用碳/玻层间混杂纤维层合板替代碳纤维复合材料层合板,且制造成本较低。
For the comparative study of mechanical properties of the different composite laminates,carbon fiber,carbon/glass hybrid layer composite material were taking as the research object.The same ply thickness,ply angle and ply sequence were used to order manufacture laminated plate.Based on the same boundary conditions of finite element simulation,and the mechanical tensile test of the different laminates were conducted,mechanical properties of the two laminates differences were received.The results of comparative analysis show that the strength allowance is 10%,when the laminates bear the axial load of 4365 N,carbon/glass hybrid fiber composite laminates can be considered to replace the carbon fiber composite laminates,and the hybrid fiber laminates have good bending resistance.The carbon/glass interlaminar hybrid fiber laminates can be considered to replace carbon fiber composite laminates,and the manufacturing cost is low.
