面向新型电力系统的电力设备运行维护关键技术及其应用展望 被引量:126

摘要 在"碳中和、碳达峰"的目标下,建设以新能源为主体的新型电力系统是电网升级换代发展的必然趋势。随着新型电力系统的建设和发展,电力电子装置、大规模储能装置等新型电力设备将获得广泛应用,电网对柔性可控和安全稳定的要求越来越高,保障电力设备的可靠运行面临巨大的挑战。为此,提出了新型电力系统背景下电力设备高效运行和智能维护的基本特征和技术体系,详细阐述了电力设备数字化和智能化、新型电网设备状态评估以及电力设备高效优化运行等支撑新型电力系统的设备运行维护关键技术研究现状和进展,探讨了研究和应用中还需要解决的主要问题,最后对未来电力设备运行维护的模式和技术发展趋势进行了展望。 It is an inevitable trend for power grid upgrading and development to build a new type power system with new energy as the main body under the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon emissions peak. With the construction and development of new type power system, power electronic, energy storage and other new type power devices will be widely used, and the requirements of power grid for flexibility, controllability, safety and stability are becoming higher and higher. Ensuring the reliable operation of power equipment is facing great challenges. The main features and technical framework of optimal operation and intelligent maintenance of power equipment are described under the background of new type power system. The research status and progress of key technologies of equipment operation and maintenance supporting new type power system, such as digitalization and intellectualization of power equipment, state perception of new type power grid equipment, and efficient optimal operation of power equipment, are elaborated in detail, and the main problems to be solved in the research and application are discussed. Finally, prospects in the future mode and technology development trends of power equipment operation and maintenance are put forward.
