抗菌防渗高分子复合卷材的制备及性能研究

Study on Preparation and Properties of Antibacterial and Seepage-proofing Polymer Composite Membrane

制备了一种兼防渗水和抗菌功能于一体的高分子复合卷材。通过抗菌性能和可焊接性比较,优选了有机无机复合型抗菌剂;通过力学性能测试确定树脂基体HDPE和LLDPE的配比,当HDPE:LLDPE=70:30时,片材的拉伸强度高、延伸率大;综合考量产品的应用性能,确定片材厚度为1.5 mm、无纺土工布规格为300 g/m^(2)。该高分子复合卷材可被广泛应用于医疗环境和医院建设工程的地面防渗水及污水或垃圾填埋场的防水防渗。

A kind of polymer composite membrane with seepage-proofing and antibacterial functions is prepared.Through the comparison of antibacterial properties and weldability,organic-inorganic composite antibacterial agent is optimized and the ratio of resin matrix HDPE and LLDPE is determined by mechanical property test.When HDPE:LLDPE=70:30,the tensile strength and elongation of the sheet are high.Comprehensively considering the application performance of the product,it is determined that thickness of the sheet should be 1.5 mm and the specification of non-woven geotextile to be 300 g/m^(2).The polymer composite membrane can be widely used in the ground seepage-proofing of medical environment and hospital construction projects and the waterproofing of sewage or landfill.
