摘要
采用双酚A型环氧树脂改性聚氨酯制备了混凝土建筑基面用底涂,并分别与PU密封胶、SPU密封胶和MS密封胶制成混凝土试件,测试不同浸水周期下拉伸粘结性。结果表明,自制的环氧改性聚氨酯底涂固含量达到35%,贮存稳定性好;底涂处理能提升PU密封胶、SPU密封胶和MS密封胶对混凝土的粘结性能,样件定伸粘结性、浸水后定伸粘结性和冷拉热压后的粘结性测试结果均为无破坏。
A kind of primer for concrete building substrate is prepared by bisphenol A epoxy resin modified polyurethane,and concrete specimens are made with PU sealant,SPU sealant and MS sealant respectively to test the tensile adhesion under different immersion cycles.The results show that the self-made epoxy modified polyurethane primer has a solid content of 35%and good storage stability;primer treatment can improve the bonding performance of PU sealant,SPU sealant and MS sealant to concrete.The test results of the sample's bonding performance at specific elongation,bonding performance at specific elongation after immersion and that after cold drawing and hot pressing are non-destructive.
