海藻中生物活性物质对糖尿病的影响

The Effect of Bioactive Substances in Seaweed on Diabetes

糖尿病(DM)是一种内分泌系统代谢紊乱且以高血糖为特征的慢性疾病。其中2型糖尿病(T2DM)约占全球糖尿病病例的90%,目前药物治疗的方法存在一定的局限性。海藻具有很高的营养价值,含有丰富的生物活性化合物。越来越多的科学数据表明,这些生物活性化合物可以改善2型糖尿病和肥胖症中存在的代谢异常。本文中描述了海藻的生物活性化合物以及其如何作用于糖尿病的分子机制。因此,未来在研究海洋天然产物中的新型治疗药物方面,应集中于海藻中的生物活性化合物,这些化合物具有抗氧化活性并参与调节葡萄糖稳态,胰岛素抵抗等关键信号通路表达,为以后海洋天然产物的进一步深入研究提供了一定的理论基础。

Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a chronic disease characterized by hyperglycemia and metabolic disorders in the endocrine system.Among them,type 2 diabetes(T2DM)accounts for about 90%of the global diabetes cases,and current drug treatment methods have certain limitations.Seaweed has high nutritional value and is rich in biologically active compounds.More and more scientific data show that these biologically active compounds can improve the metabolic abnormalities that exist in type 2 diabetes and obesity.This article describes the biologically active compounds of seaweed and the molecular mechanism of how they act on diabetes.Therefore,in the future,the research on new therapeutic drugs in marine natural products should focus on the biologically active compounds in seaweeds.These compounds have antioxidant activity and participate in the regulation of glucose homeostasis,insulin resistance and other key signal pathway expressions.This research provides a certain theoretical basis for further natural sea products.
