乡村振兴背景下黑龙江省实施扶农机制思考

Consideration on the Implementation of Rural Support Mechanism in Heilongjiang Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

黑龙江省是中国的农业大省,农业现代化的发展仍面临着农业基础设施薄弱、农业科技投入不足、农村空心化严重等问题。文章提出通过加大资金投入力度,补齐基础设施短板;大力开展企业帮扶,壮大产业经营主体;开通“绿色通道”,提升农民就业水平;网络直播新方式,助力乡村振兴发展等措施,增强农业农村的发展内生动力,为黑龙江的农业农村现代化提供强劲动力。

Heilongjiang Province is a large agricultural province in China.In the process of targeted poverty alleviation,Heilongjiang Province relies on the national targeted poverty alleviation policy and its own unique advantages,and finally achieves comprehensive and high-quality poverty alleviation.During the epidemic period,the Heilongjiang Provincial Government has taken a series of measures to deal with the challenges and difficulties brought by the epidemic,which can bring some experience and enlightenment to those areas that have not yet been lifted out of poverty.This paper probes into the main factors of poverty in the poverty-stricken counties in heilongjiang province and analyzes the main measures taken by the poverty-stricken counties in the battle against poverty.Through the analysis of these measures,it plays an important role in realizing that the reform results are shared by the people.
