改性大蒜素对3种储粮害虫的熏蒸作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 鉴于当前储粮熏蒸剂存在的抗药性、安全等方面的问题而面临淘汰,急需研发一种环境友好型、气体挥发性和杀虫活性好的新型熏蒸杀虫剂。文章以3种常见的储粮害虫为试虫,测试了改性大蒜素(ESF)对3种试虫的室内毒力和模拟仓中的杀虫效果。结果表明,ESF对3种试虫均具有很强的熏蒸杀虫效果,其熏蒸杀虫效果依次为锈赤扁谷盗、谷蠹、玉米象;稻谷对ESF有很强的吸附作用,使得ESF在稻谷中的穿透性较差,影响了其在装粮高度达2 m模拟仓中的杀虫效果。 In view of the existing problems of drug resistance and safety of stored grain fumigants,it is urgent to develop a new type of fumigant with environmental friendly,volatile gas and insecticidal activity.In order to study the fumigation effect of modified garlic(ESF)on stored grain insects,three common stored grain insects,Sitophilus zeamais,Dendroctonus valens and Tribolium ferrugineum,were used to test the toxicity of ESF to the three tested insects and the insecticidal effect in simulated warehouse.The results showed that ESF had strong fumigation effect on the three tested insects.Among them,the fumigation effect of Tribolium ferrugineum was the best,followed by Dendroctonus valens and Sitophilus zeamais;At the same time,rice has a strong adsorption on ESF,which makes the penetration of modified allicin in rice is poor,which affects the insecticidal effect of modified allicin in simulated warehouse with grain loading height of 2 m.
