东北地区简易仓囤绿色储粮技术研究 被引量:1

Research Green Grain Storage Technology of Temporary Facility in Northeast China

摘要 为延缓粮食品质劣变,控制储粮害虫的发生,采用综合控温和粮堆表层施用食品级惰性粉等储粮技术对东北地区简易仓囤进行免熏蒸控温绿色储粮试验。结果表明,试验仓房度夏期间,上层粮温最高为25℃,基本实现准低温储粮;害虫虫口密度最高为3头/kg,主要害虫虫口密度最高为1头/kg,试验期间未使用磷化氢熏蒸,实现了免熏蒸储粮;与对照仓相比,试验仓房供试玉米脂肪酸值低,品尝评分值高,试验仓房延缓粮食品质劣变效果显著。 In order to delay the deterioration of grain quality,control the occurrence of stored grain pests and realize temporary facility storage without fumigation and temperature control in Northeast China.In this paper,grain storage technologies such as comprehensive temperature control and application of food grade inert powder on the upper layer of grain pile were adopted.The results showed that the highest grain temperature in the upper layer was 25℃,which met the standard of quasi low temperature storage;the maximum population density of pests was 3 heads/kg,and the maximum population density of main pests was 1 head/kg.Phosphine fumigation was not used during the test,so fumigation free grain storage was realized;Compared with the control barn,the fatty acid value of the tested corn in the experimental barn was low and the taste score value was high.The experimental barn had a significant effect on delaying the deterioration of grain quality.
