小麦粉加工中水循环冷却系统设计及其自动化控制

摘要 罗茨风机正压输送有着入仓切换灵活可实现多点卸料、无残留、密闭输送等优点,被小麦粉加工行业普遍采用,但正压输送的高温压缩空气对小麦粉的品质有不利影响。经实际生产应用水循环冷却系统进行热交换,消除正压输送产生的高温,关键环节加入不同专用传感器、电器元件并实现自动化控制。达到满足小麦粉加工的生产需求,从而保证生产运行稳定、产品质量稳定,提升企业经济效益的目的。 The roots blower positive pressure conveyor is widely used in the wheat flour processing industry because of its advantages such as flexible switching into the Bin,multi-point unloading,no residue,airtight conveying,etc.,however,the high temperature Compressed air transported under positive pressure has a negative effect on the quality of wheat flour.The water circulation cooling system is used to exchange heat to eliminate the high temperature caused by positive pressure transportation.Different special sensors,electrical components and automatic control are added to the key links.To meet the production needs of wheat flour processing,so as to ensure stable production operation,product quality and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
