摘要
双极性结型三极管是电子学历史上具有革命意义的一项发明,它能够放大信号,并且具有良好的功率控制、高速工作以及耐久能力。文章从三极管的基础放大功能着手,针对放大过程中可能出现的信号失真,使用Multisim对失真的信号进行仿真模拟,从而得出失真产生时的参数条件。文章讨论顶部失真、底部失真、双向失真。
Bipolar Junction Transistor is a revolutionary invention in the development of electronics.BJT,equipped with good power control,can amplify signals and operate efficiently and durably.This article,based on BJT’s most notable function-amplification,explores the signal distortion which consists in the course of amplification.With the help of Multisim,we can observe the relevant stimulation and trace the processing condition.This article focuses on top distortion,bottom distortion and two-way distortion.
