摘要
目的:研究阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者中等强度有氧运动的预后影响因素。方法:随机抽取2010年1月—2020年12月本院门诊及社区招募的轻中度AD患者98例进行回顾性研究。按照是否接受了中等强度有氧运动分为运动组50例、对照组48例。收集入组患者的人口学资料、临床资料与随访资料,采用多因素线性回归分析患者基线特征对中等强度有氧运动预后影响因素,制作ROC曲线,确定最佳分界值。结果:基线时MMSE评分是中等强度有氧运动3个月后ADAS-Cog3-0的影响因素;基线MMSE评分预测AD患者中等强度有氧运动3个月预后的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.7335,最佳分界值为21.5,此时敏感性和特异性分别为79.31%、54.55%。结论:基线MMSE评分是AD患者中等强度有氧运动预后的独立影响因素,基线MMSE≥21.5分的AD患者可能更适宜中等强度有氧运动。
Objective:To study the prognostic factors of moderate aerobic exercise in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods:A total of 98 cases of mild to moderate AD patients recruited from outpatient department and community of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2020 who were randomly selected for retrospective study.According to whether they received moderate intensity aerobic exercise,they were divided into exercise group(50 cases)and control group(48 cases).Demographic data,clinical data and follow-up data of the enrolled patients were collected,and multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of baseline characteristics on the prognosis of moderate intensity aerobic exercise,and the ROC curve was made to determine the optimal cut-off value.Results:MMSE score at baseline was a predictor of ADAS-COG3-0 after 3 months of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise.The area under the curve(AUC)of baseline MMSE score for predicting the prognosis of AD patients with moderate aerobic exercise at 3 months was 0.7335,and the optimal cutoff value was 21.5.The sensitivity and specificity were 79.31%and 54.55%,respectively.Conclusion:Baseline MMSE score is an independent influencing factor for the prognosis of AD patients with moderate aerobic exercise.Patients with AD with baseline MMSE≥21.5 may be more suitable for moderate aerobic exercise.
