Modern society is gradually moving from the IT era to the DT era.Data is an asset and a broad consensus has been formed.The data asset system planning is to meet the needs of the era and cognitive changes,support the company’s digital transformation,and also solve data supply and data An urgent need for conflicting needs.This paper analyzes the current status of data asset management of frequency and peak power generation enterprises,and proposes four major objectives of data asset management in terms of organizational system,data governance,data operation and data value creation.From the data strategy,data governance,data operation,organizational security,Institutional culture and technical support and other six fields systematically build a scientific data asset management system.
